As a traditional agricultural country, our country is the largest production of the agricultural waste in the world. According to incomplete statistics, the amount of livestock feces produced more than4.5billion ton, and the6~7billion ton of crops straw each year, it brought great pressure to the environment. Therefore, vigorously develop the anaerobic fermentation technology, can not only provide clean biomass energy, and make full use of the human and animal waste and crop straw and other organic waste, but also has significant economic, ecological and environmental benefits.This experiment mainly research the different factors effects on the anaerobic fermentation, such as pretreatment agent, pretreatment agent concentration, ratio of raw material and temperature by anaerobic fermentation of cow dung mixed with rice straw, and optimization it process.From the research, we can know the main conclusions:1) In the fermentation system of Cow dung mixed with rice straw, the H2O2as the optimum pretreatment agent of rice straw, the optimum concentration was2%,and the best raw material ratio was1:1of cow manure and rice straw. Under the optimal operating conditions, the degradation rate of the cow manure and rice straw raw material gas rate, COD, TN respectively was398.0ml/g,91.1%and91.2%.2) In the fermentation system of Cow dung mixed with rice straw, analyzed the different pretreatment agent, pretreatment agent concentration, ratio of raw materials of the three factors effect on the raw materials to produce gas rate and gas cycle, result that the influence degree for raw material gas rate as:the pretreatment agent concentration> the pretreatment agent> the ratio of raw materials. For gas cycle is the influence of pretreatment agent>pretreatment agent concentration=ratio of raw materials3) In the anaerobic fermentation system, the total biogas volume, raw material gas rate, the degradation rate of COD and TN increases with the rise of temperature. In terms of increase amplitude, the temperature increased from15℃to25℃,and up from25℃to35℃, the raw materials gas rate respectively increased by43.7%and19.9%; the degradation rate of the COD increased by13.1%and9.4%respectively;the degradation rate of TN increased by12.9%and9.7%respectively.
