Based on details to field investigation, this paper uses statistical methods,4experiment sample in broad-leaved Korean pine forest is in different cutting intensity at jiaohe administration in jilin province,(0%,20%,35%,55%). Light factor, soil nutrient factors and spatial heterogeneity of plant species diversity and their influence are studied, the results have important implications on sustainable management of the broad-leaved Korean pine forest. The results are as follows:(1) The light environment factor is in the distribution of patches or zonal in broad-leaved Korean pine forest, increasing the degree of the PAR in spatial heterogeneity with the different strength of the cutting:C>D>A>B. Reduces the degree of the R/FR in spatial heterogeneity:A>D> B>C.(2) At0.01significant level, the cutting intensity, different light environment and the interaction of the two factors affect on PAR and R/FR significantly (p<0.01).(3) At0.05significant level, the cutting intensity, soil depth, and the interaction of the two factors affect on soil nutrient significantly in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest, including the nitrate nitrogen, the ammoniacal nitrogen and PH (p<0.05).(4) The species of the shrub in4sample area is steady after different cutting intensity, Philadelphus schrenkii, Syringareticulata, Eleutherococcus Senticosus and Lonicera japonica is still the dominant population in the whole shrub community. Sample B and D in the number of species is more than sample A, increaseing11types and9species respectively, sample A and C were little similar. Pteridium aquilinurm, Aegopodium alpestre, Meehania urticaefolia, Impatiens nolitangere, Rosaceae Filipendula, Brachybotrys paridiformis is still the dominant population in the whole herb community. (5)4sample area is in the cutting interference for2years in broad-leaved Korean pine forest, different cutting intensity led changes of light environmental heterogeneity and the spatial heterogeneity of plant diversity on forest in different stand scale, the tendency of changes in the heterogeneity has significant correlation.
