In this thesis,based on the findings of the preliminary experiment,soil from Changsha Tianjiling tree-farm were taken as experimental soil,the better combinations of phosphorus activator were choesn and the phosphorus activators were added to experimental soil.through in-door cultivation and greenhouse pot culture,in order to select cheap and efficient phosphorus activator materials for oil-tea,effects of phosphorus activator on different type of phosphorus and growth of oil tea were studied.Effects of different application rate of four Phosphorus Activators on Phosphorus of Red Soil were also conducted.The results were summarized as following:①After adding phosphorus activators,available-P in red soil increased.Compared with B, treatments of F,G,D,E,H and C improved available-P of tested soils by5%,10%,10%,8%,5%,-7%.Contents of Al-P of all treatments decreased except F. In the whole training process,contents of Fe-P decreased firstly,then increased rapidly. Contents of O-P,which ranked as the order:G>H>E>C>F>D,was the largest in inorganic-P;in the whole training process, the tread of increasing of O-P presented three stages:fast-slow-fast. Contents of Ca-P,which was the minimum in inorganic-P, ranked as C>F>E>H>G>D,and increased by11.97%,5.02%,4.48%,3.00%,2.65%,-9.42%compared with treatment B.Comprehensive comparison, effects of treatments F is optimal.②Fertilization increased oil tea seedlings height,ground diameter,increasing of seedlings height, increasing of ground diameter significantly.Compared with B, phosphorus activators did not have a significant impact on growth of oil tea seedlings. Fertilization decreased total K of root,leaf,stem of oil tea.Compared with B, contents of total K in root,stem increased significantly after adding phosphorus activators. Contents of total P treatments of C,D,E,F were more than B.Phosphorus activators made contents total N of stem and root decrease, contents were lower than treatment B. Compared with B,phosphorus activators made contents of hydrolysis N,total P and Al-P in soil decrease.Contents of available-P,available-K,Fe-P,Ca-P,O-P were lower than treatment B in all treatments except treatment D. Comprehensive comparison, effects of treatments D、Eis optimal.③Phosphorus activators improved contents of available-P in the experimental soil.Contents of available phosphorus declined with content of Ze rising,and contents of available phosphorus increased with contents of HA,CA,AO rising,with the order being HA>Ze>AO>CA.Contents of inorganic-P declined with contents of Ze,HA rising,and contents of inorganic-P increased with contents of CA, AO rising. Phosphorus activators declined capacity of absorbability of phosphorus in red soil,and capacity of absorbability of phosphorus weakened with contents of phosphorus activators rising.
