In recent years, the main crop harvest mechanization in plain area of our countrydevelops quickly, but in the vast hilly area, limited by geographical conditions, theprocess of agricultural mechanization lags behind relatively. The portable graincombine harvester is supported by the national "Twelfth Five" science and technologysupport program is the mountainous and hilly harvesting machinery which is suitablefor China’s special national conditions. The main point of the machine designing is todesign a cleaning system that meets the requirements of machine configuration andnational standard for harvester.To solve the cleaning problems of portable reaper, the cleaning system test benchhas been designed in this research. Air flow test is before the material test and bytesting and analyzing the static pressure of the two stage of pipelines, the relationamong the speed of first and second level winnower and the fan can be found: thestatic pressure of the two stage of pipelines are below zero when the speed of the fanis more than2000r/min, the speed of the second level winnower is below1000r/min,and the speed of the first level winnower is below400r/min. These can be used insystem performance tests as the basic selection range of motion parameters. Inmaterial test, select the wheat and rice as experimental object, select the fan speed andfirst and second winnower speed for test factors, select cleaning rate for test indicator.Through orthogonal test and quadratic general rotation test, find out the motionparameters of wheat and rice when its cleaning rate is best and research the impact ofindividual factor on the indicator by regression equation. The best motion parameterscan be found. Through the test: as the wheat for experiment subject, when the speedof first and second level winnower and the fan is300r/min、764r/min、3255r/min,the cleaning rate will be best. as the rice for experiment subject, when the speed offirst and second level winnower and the fan is450r/min、943r/min、3000r/min, thecleaning rate will be best.In changing the feeding amount, material moisture content and impurity rateconditions of cleaning system, the adaptability test of the cleaning system has been designed under the optimal parameters and the adaptation range of material status forcleaning system has been found. Configure the test parameter to the portable graincombine harvester to carry out the field test. The test result proves that theperformance of the Two-stage winnower cyclone separating cleaning system is betterthan the national standard. The test proves that it has a good practical significance tothe design of the cleaning system of portable grain combine harvester.
