Abstract/Summary:
In this study, the Qaidam region wolfberry gall mite for the study.its morphology,development, metamorphosis and life history, as well as host plants, occurrence,predators, spatial distribution pattern, field efficacy studies, etc. were observed. Theresults of the morphological characteristics of wolfberry gall mites, biologicalcharacteristics and ecology have a detailed understanding of the effective preventionand treatment of gall mites wolfberry has an important role in guiding. Conclusionsare as follows:(1) Qaidam region wolfberry Gall mite (Aceria pallida Keifer), orspindle-shaped body of the worm, body color is white, beige, orange, light brown.Foot two pairs, the body is divided into jaw body, foot body and tail body roughly4parts.(2) The Qaidam region Nuomuhong farm Gall mite occurred9-13generations ayear, mainly by the proliferation of free-crawling. Most of the wolfberry bud scalescracks winter. The entire life cycle of the Gall mites in late June and late July withtwo peak values. There are egg, larva, nymph and adult mites four age.(3) Interior7temperature gradient,14℃,17℃,20℃,23℃,26℃and29℃Gall mites can be normal spawning, development, completion of generations. Theshortest completed one generation at23℃just6.86days, under35℃not developproperly.(4) Gall mite activity patterns in one day at different times in the base of gallmite more than the number of activities, followed by the middle, and the third is anend. The number of activities in different time periods mites showed13:00to15:00when mite activity reached a peak. Gall mite galls in the upper, middle and lowerparts of three branches and space east, south, west and north four directionsdistribution patterns are aggregated distribution. Blue Star level c’-m model, ZhangLianxiang ZV Models and Blue Star level La-m model is the best model.(5) The temperature has some effect on the number of Chinese wolfberry gallmites, and were positively correlated. Humidity changes with the number of changesin the Gall mites no rules to follow. Rainfall will inhibit the Gall mite activity, windprompted Gall mite activity.(6) Gall mites have to host specificity, activity only in some plants on the forestbetween wolfberry, but not feeding nor the formation of galls.
