With the continuous development of social progress and the food and beverage industry,kitchen waste production increased year by year,due to high moisture content、organic mattercontent rich highly perishable, there are some shortcomings and deficiencies in the traditionalprocessing techniques, seek a reasonable and feasible resource treatment approach has becomethe focus of attention at home and abroad. Anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste, convertingit into clean energy Biogas is a reasonable way to achieve urban kitchen waste utilization, forthe increasingly serious problem of food waste has a very important practical significance.In this study, analyse the physical and chemical properties of food waste, use anaerobicfermentation reactor made of the laboratory experiment food waste in the temperature35℃.With biogas slurry as inoculum, adding urea nitrogen supplements to ease the problem ofover-acidification reaction by monitoring the change in pH and found the same day the pH ofthe liquid mass fraction is proportional to the urea mass fraction pH value is between2%5.1-6.6group were higher than other groups, urea is added to improve the feed solution acidified withsignificant environmental effects; The test of different initial pH values before start of thereaction with10%NaOH and5%HCl reagent fermentation liquid was adjusted to an initial pHvaluesrespectively:5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0found that by the effect of the type of gas in the initial pHof7groups of biogas content up to87.6%.Different test show that the vaccination rates of50%vaccinated group has the highestcumulative gas production, total gas production was6780ml; Based on these different externalregulation to ease the excessive fermentation acidification problem, shorten the fermentationcycle, improve gas production provides theoretical parameters and technical indicators.On the basis of anaerobic fermentation separate of food waste on adjusting the initial pHvalue of7, the vaccination rate of50%, mass fraction of2%urea, manure and food wastecontrast ratio of raw materials different effect on gas production affect the results obtained whenthe proportion of kitchen waste and cow dung with1:1maximum TS and VS removal were44.8%and53.7%, the reaction cycle was shortened by four days.On the basis of preliminary tests, the test conducted in laboratory studies are magnified toexperimental study, For Northeast digester gas production by fermentation temperature limitproblem, by covering the greenhouses in the digester, the joint solar collectors to heat thedigester be warming, get on the digester greenhouse warming effect by the external environmenttemperature test at3-5℃, the internal temperature of anaerobic fermentation device can achieve the required temperature fermentation, gas production can be achieved in the winter.
