Freshwater aquaculture of China ranked first in the world, many aquacultures needto plant aquatic as aquaculture food. A large number of landscape waters also need togrow aquatic plants to maintain the ecological balance. In these waters the aquatic needsto be cleaned and maintained. However, due to the water area is small and with irregularshape, large-scale aquatic harvesting is not suitable to work. In today’s market,small-scale aquatic machinery equipment has complex structures. When users to buy themachines, they also have to buy a private vessel. Though having high cost, it is still notsuitable for freshwater aquaculture in small waters. At the same time, aquatic cuttingboard has high consumption, when purchasing users have to spend more money. Inresponse to this situation, freshwater aquaculture staff needs a cutter that can beinstalled in an ordinary vessel, but also have assembly and disassembly function. Thebest target is it has characteristic of simple and cheap.After a survey of freshwater aquaculture areas, for the purpose of simple, practical,reliable and cheap, in response to this situation, we specially designed small aquaticcutting machine working in small waters can be with removable to ordinary cleaningship. Small aquatic harvester through a special installation frame can be installed on anordinary vessel. It can be quick disassembly for maintenance after the work completed,extending the life of the machine. Uses the unique drive mechanism has upended thetraditional ways of transmission of algae harvesting machinery. Its cutting depth can beadjusted in the guarantee on the basis of maximizing power efficiency.This paper firstly introduces the demountable combined small algae harvestingdevice design. Reciprocating cutter is installed in front of the vessel. Gasoline engine isused as a power unit. The power transmission to the cutter’s eccentric through thestretch drive shaft. It achieves the function of cutting aquatic through eccentric-drivenreciprocating motion between the two blades. Cutter-welding in tool holder, tool holderinstalled in grooves on a steel support structure, opening some slots on the supportingstructure in order to adjust the height of the tool rest, implement cutting depth waterfeatures.Secondly, this article describes the design process of aquatic cutting device. Itincludes structure design, dimensions design, materials choice, the size calculation andforce analysis of the main components. We use software SolidWorks2010to model theappliance, then using software Adams to make stationary analysis. We analysis the cutter force, collision between blades and the blade box, it contributes to the furtherimprovement of the cutter design.Thirdly, for the development of small vibration problem of harvesting machines foraquatic actuator, respectively, based on body itself and Assembly error aspects, toanalysis of the drive mechanism.
