| As a typical well and canal two-irrigation district, Jinghui irrigation district made a greatcontribution to the security of the Guanzhong Region food production. In view of theproblems such as water shortages, Unreasonable irrigation water and groundwater overdraft, the concept of Health allocation of water resources is put forward, and combined with yearsof precipitation, actual irrigation area planting structure, the system of irrigation channels, andutilization coefficient of irrigation water, etc., theoretical irrigation water demand in differenthydrological years is calculated by collecting the irrigation area water and groundwaterinformation in recent years, and realize the surface water and groundwater resourcesreasonable allocation. The results of thesis are as follows:(1) The paper analysis about the present situation of water resource utilization in thestudy area to understand the status of the water resources development and utilization inrecent years, and the problems in the development and utilization of water resources areraised.(2) The upper and lower threshold values of ecological groundwater level are established, the theoretical crop irrigation water requirement is calculated by using CROPWAT model.Water requirement during whole growth period of Corn, wheat, cotton, were541.6mm,612.2mm and862.2mm.(3) The irrigation area water supply is analyzed, according to the process of crop waterrequirement and water supply constraints, water resources allocation model is establishedcombined with large system optimization theory using genetic algorithm to solve, andirrigation water distribution schemes are obtained in50%and75%two frequencies.(4) Using ARIMA time series model for precipitation forecast, precipitation of10yearsis obtained, and on the basis of water distribution schemes the groundwater recharge iscalculated. Combining MODFLOW groundwater level has been forecast. The results showthat the salinization problems will not appear under this scheme. But there is little areabeyond the lower limit.By the study of this paper, surface water and groundwater resources sustainable utilization of irrigation water distribution scheme is put forward. At the same time therationality and practicability of the result is verified. |
