Coccidiosis is a genus of Eimeria in a variety of chicken coccidia parasitic intestinal diseasescaused serious harm to the poultry industry.Many species of chicken coccidia,the worldrecognized nine species,which E.tenella the most serious hazards.Application of lactobacilli stimulate the pathway for the prevention and treatment of mucosalimmune coccidiosis have great advantages,while the mucosa is the largest lymphoid organ invivo,the immune response in a mucosal site can be activated by a common mucosal immunesystem,the immune response spread to other parts of the mucosa, and to induce high titers ofsystemic antibody levels and cytotoxic T cell response; the other hand, lactic acid bacteria canbe used as non-specific immunomodulatory molecules to enhance non-specific immunity of theintestinal tract,activated lymphocytes,increased blood immunoglobulin levels,thereby improvingthe body’s ability to resist pathogens. So the benefits of raw milk bacteria as drug carrier antigenand has broad prospects.TA4is sporozoites surface antigen,a large number of experiments show TA4has goodimmunogenicity. In order to enhance the activity and the protective effect of the vaccineantigens, but also need to be added to the reorganization of coccidiosis vaccine adjuvants haveimmunomodulatory effects.IL-2can promote the differentiation of Th0to Th1, T cell activation,resulting in killing of intracellular protozoa.IL-2can also act on the IL-2receptor cell surface B,causing B cell proliferation and antibody production.The first part of the experiment to study the plant restructuring Lactobacillus anticoccidialeffect pSIP409-IL-2’s. Design three parallel experiments (when insects attack three days ago,when the attacking insects, insect attack chicks after the onset of symptoms) at different timepoints Inoculation Lactobacillus evaluation of coccidiosis infection. Experimental resultsshow that IL-2can enhance the stimulation of lactic acid bacteria on mucosal immunity,resulting in anticoccidial effect.The second part of the experiment recombinant Lactobacillus live vector vaccineNC8-pSIP409-TA4and NC8-pSIP409-IL-2combined effects of coccidiosis resistance wasobserved.1-day-old chicks from the beginning of the recombinant strain was inoculated to14 days,15days old attacking insects. Combined group to reduce the symptoms of chicken afterinsect attack,10days after the attack insect average weight49g (insect attack group10g), OPGvalue of1.3×105(insect attack group4.2×105). The first seven days after the attack blood wormdetection antibody levels detected on day10of spleen lymphocyte proliferation, and insectattack combination group compared two recombinant strains were significantly enhanced thechicks humoral (IgG, IgA titer) and cellular immune response (lymphocyte proliferation ratio of23.4%). The experimental results showed that the recombinant Lactobacillus pSIP409-TA4havea protective effect on the chicks, IL-2can be used as an adjuvant to enhance the immune effectof immunization live vector vaccine.
