Sensitivities of eighteen chemical fungicides and seven biocontrol agents were testedagainst Coniella diplodiella and Sphaceloma ampelinum by mycelium growth rate method inlaboratory, and the field control effects of some of chemical fungicides and biocontrol agentswere studied for controlling grape white rot, elsinoe anthracnose and downy mildew in theexperiment. The results of sensitivity test showed that chemical fungicides flusilamid5%prochloraz20%SL and propiconazole25%EC had the better toxicities against Coniella diplodiella andSphaceloma ampelinum, and their EC90values were0.02×10-2μg/mL,0.03μg/mL and0.68×10-2μg/mL,0.02μg/mL respectively. There were no significant differences between the effects ofbiocontrol agents Bacillus subtilis100billion/g WP, polyoxin B10%WP, Physcion0.5%ASand Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride88%SP and that of most chemical fungicides used in theexperiment. The results of the field control effects of some chemical fungicides and biocontrol agentsshowed that prochloraz40%EC had the best effects against grape white rot and grape elsinoeanthracnose in200mg/L. The biocontrol agents Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride88%SP of880mg/L and polyoxin10%B WP of125mg/L can be used as substitutes for controlling grapewhite rot and grape elsinoe anthracnose in the field. The chemical fungicide PropamocarbHydrochloride722g/L AS had the best control effect against grape downy mildew in481mg/L,the biocontrol agent polyoxin B10%WP can be used as substitutes for controlling it in125mg/L in the field. The screened biocontrol agents will be able to provide references for the further researchon biological control of grape diseases. |
