In order to explore the best condition of hydroponics for vegetable under theGuizhou climatic conditions, thought mensurated the economic status index, nutrient content index,Vc content, nitrate content and nutrient content index ofdiscard solution of morning glory, combined index content standards of limitemission about the water ecological environment, and selected the formulationswhich are suitable for the growth and quality of leaf vegetables, with morningglory as an example in this study, tap water as control, and effect of six kinds ofclassical nutrient solution formula for hydroponics and two kinds of biogas liquidof chicken an pig on the growth and development of the morning glory werestudied. The results showed:(1)The six kinds of nutrient solution had significant effect on the economicstatus of plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight and dry weight, and the nutrientcontent of macro, medium and trace and Vc content of morning glory, among thesix kinds of formula, Holland greenhouse, Hoagland and Japan Sanki formulationswere the better select and suitable formulation for growth of morning glory.(2)The growth index of morning glory after the six kinds of nutrientsolution formula treatment: the plant height and stem diameter of morning glory inHoagland formula was the highest, which had compared with the control,increasing1.83and0.98times; the fresh weight of overground part and dry weightof the overground part of morning glory in Holland greenhouse formula was thehighest, which had compared with the control, increasing5.06and2.38times. (3)The nutrient content index of morning glory after the six kinds ofnutrient solution formula treatment: the N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Zn and Cu contentof morning glory in Holland greenhouse formula was the highest, which hadcompared with the control, increasing0.88,3.36,1.20,0.37,1.01,2.05,7.5,3.23and2.55times; the Mo content of morning glory in Hoagland formula was thehighest, which had compared with the control, increasing2.89times; the Fe and Bcontent of morning glory in Japan Sanki formula was the highest, which hadcompared with the control, increasing1.48and7.85times.(4)The nutritive quality index of morning glory after the six kinds ofnutrient solution formula treatment: the Vc content of morning glory in Hollandgreenhouse formula was the highest, which had compared with the control,increasing2.89times; All nutrient solution formulations of nitrate content areaccord with national food safety standard (GB5009.33-2010).(5)The total N and total P, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, S, B and Mo in the six kinds ofnutrient solution formula and two kinds of biogas liquid, accord with environmentquality standards for surface water(GB3838-2002), which can be sprayed tofarmland, in the V standard for farmland water.(6)Chicken and pig biogas liquid treatments only had significant effect onmacro-elements, medium elements and trace elements. According to our estimate, the six kinds of nutrient solution formula for experiment, Holland greenhousenutrient solution formula was a preferable and suitable for hydroponics formorning glory, and followed by Hoagland formula and Japan Sanki formula.
