Lake and reservoir are the water storage of nature. With the development ofindustry and agriculture, the expansion of cities, the increasing of population andwastewater pouring into the waters, pollution of lakes, reservoirs is more and moreserious. Water pollution control and ecological protection has become very important.Analysis of the nutrient structure in water environment, is an important index of waterquality, showing great importance.Biological manipulation has become a very important and effective method forrebuilding static body of water such as lakes and reservoirs. The stable isotope methodhas become an important method to study the structure of the food chain and food webnutrition structure and feeding relationships. So using stable isotope method to detectand manipulate biological changes during biological manipulation is very meaningful. This helps us to understand biological effects in water body restoration and achievemore precise biological manipulation. Therefore, this study is of great importance forthe treatment of static body of water, including water sources. The stable isotope of C and N can be used to study the animal function and trophicstructure of the ecosystem in multi-approach ecological manipulation pond ofQingcaosha reservoir. After the artificial casting a variety of fish species and the naturalrestoration in the pond, finally the ecosystem is in the reconstruction and its strong selfpurification ability recovers. In ecological manipulation pond of Qingcaosha empiricalbase, δ13C and δ15N range from-21.51‰to-13.60‰and1.77‰to9`38‰respectively and trophic levels range from1to3.24. Ecological niches of Hemiculterbleekeri bleekeri warpachowsky, Predatory Carp and Gobies are close to each other andthere is little nutrition redundancy between them. Biodiversity of the reservoir is low sothat the formed food web is simple. In the energy pyramid, which is established from the trophic level, the benthonic mollusks and reptiles ranges among the consumers ofthe lowest nutrition level, and then followed by the herbivorous fish, and finally iscarnivorous or omnivorous fish, which occupy the top of the food web. TheMulti-approach Ecological Manipulation techniques can be used for the restoration andreconstruction of ecological system, which plays more and more important role incontrolling the eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs. The content of carbon andnitrogen stable isotope can be used to study ecosystem trophic structure. This energypyramid has a certain reference value for the simple ecosystem by manual operation.Community construction technology of composite fishery production system, dueto its imitating ecological aquaculture, is also known as the "Land-based ecologicalfishery production system ". Stable isotope technique has become one of the mostimportant research methods in change mechanisms of aquatic ecosystem. Throughsuccessfully construction of crab, soft shelled turtle compound ecological farmingsystem and plant purification system in SUZE ecological farms, and the key species stableisotope analysis in the ecosystem, nutrition structure of the farm system is studied. Theδ13C value ranges from-13.08to-29.79; the δ15N value ranges from-3.93to13.26;nutrition level ranges from0to4.52. The δ15N values of different samples graduallyenriched in this order: plants, zooplankton feeding animal, omnivorous animal andcarnivorous animal. Niche space of different kinds of fishes in the whole system show aaggregation phenomenon. Stable isotope content of the same species show differencesin different cultivation environments. The stable carbon and nitrogen isotope values ofsilver carp, bighead carp and other feeding single species change little. Carbon fixationcapacity of plants grows from submerged plants to aquatic plants and then tohygrophyte plants, but nitrogen fixation ability of aquatic plants and hygrophyte plantsare stronger than submerged plants.
