Rumen Acidosis is common disease of ruminant cultivation industry. To pursuit supernal performance, culturist increase the proportion of concentration to achieve the purpose in modernization cultivation industry, but the method increased the incidence of Rumen Acidosis, and then a series of interrelated reactions such as influence the immunological function of animal, facility infection other disease or coincidence with some certain disease, accordingly indirectly affect to performance of the animal. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the situation that lack roughage of high quality and the ratio of concentrate to roughage is generally higher in the internal ruminants cultivation industry at the present stage. Two diets of dairy goat and three diets of dairy cow according to internal common diets were used in the study. To study at the condition of higher concentrate, the abnormal rumen metabolism products affect to immunological function, and resulted in negative influence of milk protein and butterfat rate, and even DMI.Experiment1:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of two dietary on dairy goat LPS, hormones related with galactosis in Plasma and immune function. Eight mid-lactation (90~120days postpartum) dairy goats with similar body weight and milk yield were randomly assigned in a crossover design (4dairy goats per treatment). The composition and ration of roughage for treatment1were Wildry (30%)+Corn silage (20%)+Alfalfa hay (10%) and for treatment2were Wildry (30%)+Corn Straw (30%), All of the goats were given the same concentrate. The results showed as follows,(1) The LPS in plasma of treatment2was significantly higher than treatment1(P<0.05);(2) The IGF-1of treatment1was significantly higher than treatment2(P<0.05), while PRL and GH in plasma were changed slightly (P>0.05);(3) The effects of different dietary on dairy goats immune function were not significantly;(4) The percentage of milk fat, lactoprotein, the total solids content in milk and DMI of treatment1were significantly higher than treatment2(P<0.05), while the content of lactose, SCC and milk yield had no difference between the two treatments(P>0.05). In conclusion, different roughages had a significantly influence on plasma LPS, Wildry+Corn Straw as roughage can elevate plasma LPS. Different roughages had a slightly influence on the majority humoral immunity of dairy goats. Wildry+Corn silage+Alfalfa hay as roughage can elevate the performance of dairy goats.Experiment2:The experiment was conducted to study at the condition of different diets, generates of abnormal rumen metabolism products and its influence on performance and immunological function of dairy cow. Nine mid-lactation (193±21d days postpartum) dairy cows with similar milk yield (20.86±3.00Kg/d) and at secundi-birth’s were randomly assigned in a3x3Latin square design (9dairy cows per treatment).The CSl (Corn Strawl) group’s roughage was only Corn Strawl (37.3%), and the concentrate was principal composed by Corn (33.5%), wheat bran (3%), Soybean meal (23.6%), and the ratio of concentrate to roughage were63:37. The CS2(Corn Straw2) group’s roughage was also only has Corn Strawl (37%), and the concentrate was principal composed by Corn (20.7%), wheat bran (4.4%), Soybean meal (3.2%), Cottonseed cake (2.5%), Corn bran grease (9.5%), Corn meal (11.3%), DDGS(8.8%), and the ratio of concentrate to roughage were63:37. The MFC Mixed Forage) group’s has mixed roughage, principal composed by Wildry (3.7%), Corn silage (26.7%), Alfalfa hay (28.4%), and its concentrate was principal composed by Corn (22.8%), Soybean meal (11.8%), Cottonseed (5.1%), and the ratio of concentrate to roughage were41:59. The results showed as follows,(1) Both CS1group and CS2group’s plasma LPS were significantly higher than MF group (P<0.05).(2)Both CS1group and CS2group white blood corpuscle (WBC) and granulocyte (Gran) were significantly higher than MF group (P<0.05), while the changes between CS1group and CS2group were slightly (P>0.05). Hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT) and thrombocytocrit (PCT) were changed slightly among groups (P>0.05).(3) Both CS1group and CS2group CD14lymphocyte were significantly higher than MF group (P<0.05), while the changes between CS1group and CS2group were slightly (P>0.05).(4)All of the plasma immunoglobulins and cytokines were changed slightly among groups (P>0.05), but all the plasma immunoglobulins and cytokines of CS1and CS2group were higher than MF group. In conclusion, CS1and CS2group have higher plasma LPS than MF group. The immune systems of CS1and CS2group were activated, The Nutrition ingredient substrate may be decreased and influence the performance of dairy cows, further research needs practiced, still. |
