As for quality characteristics of Chinese cigarette tobacco growing demand for raw materials, China is in the critical period of development of leaf characteristics, and explore the ecological characteristics of the formation of tobacco, variety of factors such as optimum conditions will be for some time now and the future tobacco research focus of the research. Polyphenolic compounds in tobacco growth, modulation characteristics, leaf color, the smell of smoke and gas physical strength plays an important role, is a measure of the quality of tobacco is an important factor. In this paper, different analytical techniques and methods of the ecological system, species and their interactions under the conditions of accumulation of tobacco polyphenols, aroma content and related differences in content, analysis of ecological, multi-species and their interactions the synthesis of phenolic compounds, accumulation and effects of the relevant aroma. The results are preliminary conclusions are as follows:1, by the accumulation of polyphenols in tobacco law shows, total phenolics, rutin, chlorogenic acid accumulation both have shown consistency, both in the Age of 40 days to 60 days during the peak, after the smoke roasted total phenolics, rutin, chlorogenic acid were improved, the process may be baking the activity of polyphenol oxidase of the higher.2, the variety and content of phenolic compounds, the results showed that: Age 40d, Age 60d, the total phenolic cured tobacco, rutin, chlorogenic acid content are obviously differences between the varieties, leaf age 40d to the leaf 60d age of total phenol, rutin, chlorogenic acid increase the amount of difference among the varieties significantly.3, the ecological factors on the impact of polyphenols results indicate that total phenol content of leaf age 40d Xiangcheng Henan Yunnan Yuxi ecological effect is greater than the ecological effects of leaf age 60d of Yuxi in Yunnan, the total phenol content than the ecological effects of Henan Xiangcheng the ecological effects of leaf age 60d when the NC89, K326, NC297 total phenol content in Henan Xiangcheng Yunnan Yuxi ecological effect is greater than the ecological effects of clouds 87, 100 in Yunnan Yuxi Tobacco ecological effects than Henan Xiang Ecological effects of the city; Age 40d, leaf age 60 days, after the smoke roasted in Yunnan Yuxi rutin greater than the ecological effects of the ecological effects of Henan Xiangcheng; Age 40d, Age 60d, after baking the green smoke Xiangcheng acid content in Henan were more than the ecological effects of the ecological effects of Yuxi in Yunnan.4, ecology and species interaction effects of polyphenols analysis showed that: K326 and Henan Xiangcheng transplanting after budding and growth of the ecological conditions of Yunnan Yuxi interaction, safflower big Jin and Yuan, NC89 and Henan Ecological Xiangcheng conditions of total phenol content interaction with a greater contribution, large red flowers in Yuxi, Yunnan Jin and Yuan and the ecological conditions of interaction, NC89 and the ecological conditions of Henan Xiangcheng rutin interaction with a greater contribution, safflower large Jinyuan Xiangcheng with previous ecological conditions in Henan, Yunnan Yuxi after budding ecological conditions, NC89 and the ecological conditions of Henan Xiangcheng chlorogenic acid interaction contributed greatly.5, ecology, species and their interaction on tobacco flavor material content analysis showed that: NC89 in Henan Xiangcheng transplanting, growth, baking the most help to improve the content of flavoring substances; safflower Xiangcheng large, Jin and Yuan in Henan transplanting, after squaring the ecological conditions of Yunnan Yuxi most conducive to the growth of brown reaction products to improve the content of phenylalanine content of the product category, the content of carotenoid degradation products, a large red flowers in Yunnan Yuxi Jin and Yuan Shift planting, after squaring the ecological conditions in Henan Xiangcheng grown, baked the most help to improve class alkane degradation products Chromoplast content neophytadiene content, the content of the total amount of flavoring substances; K326 Xiangcheng in Henan transplanting, growth, baking the best class products help to improve levels of phenylalanine, the content of browning reaction products, degradation products of carotenoid content, the content of neophytadiene, the total amount of aroma.6, interaction of ecological and species related to polyphenols and aroma substances interaction analysis shows: Red Large Xiangcheng Jin and Yuan and early Henan, Yunnan Yuxi after budding and interaction to improve the ecological conditions of tobacco brown product, the product of phenylalanine content of the class to improve the overall content of aromatic substances has great potential.
