As one of our country’s important economic crops, it is the important source of farmers’income in the smoke area and our country’s tax. We noticed that fore-rotating Crops have significant impact on tobacco yield and quality in the production practice. And Systematically study the influencing mechanism of three fore-rotating crops on tobacco quality and provide a favorable theoretical guidance for the regulation of tobacco production.The conclusions are as following:(1) The soil nutrient uptake conditions of four fore-rotating crops are significantly different, maize could absorb more P,but little N and K; while sweet potato and sesame could absorb more N and K, but little P; cabbage could absorb more N and P, but little K.(2) From soil microorganism of different growth period, the three groups increase largely in flourish and mature period of tobacco, then decrease. Soil of cabbage, sesame and sweet potato belong to the bacteria soil and the soil of maize belongs to the fungi soil.(3) The activity of catalase gradually decrease with the growth of tobacco, in the tobacco growing process, soil sucrase activity of the four rotation systems change little. Urease activity of tobacco soil planting maize changes little, but lower than sweet potato and sesame.(4) The effect of four fore-rotating crops on the quality and yield of tobacco is significant, the tobacco in soil planting sweet potatoes and sesame grow better, the content of soluble sugar and nicotine in tobacco leaves is higher.and its leaves contain lower chlorine. From K content,nicotine and the yield of tobacco leaf, tobacco with sweet potato and sesame are the best, the next is contrast , maize is the worst .(5) Adding sweet potato vine, sesame bar, maize root and maize stalk to the soil can significantly affect the growth of tobacco and the yield of tobacco leaf. Adding sweet potato vine and sesame bar can significantly increase plant height、leaf area、leaf soluble sugar, and nicotine content. From K content、nicotine and the yield of tobacco leaf, adding sweet potato vine and sesame bar are more suitable to tobacco.
