| Fusarium head blight (FHB) is an important wheat disease that has caused huge losses to wheat production world widely. The wheat yields had been lost in the Yangtze River area, winter wheat area of southern China and spring wheat area of northeast China all together.In this study, molecular analysis and FHB resistance assays have been used to identify the foreign gene integration and FHB resistance of the T3 transgenic wheat yangmai 11 (L3 lines). L3 lines is the transgenic wheat which was co-transformed with minimal cassettes by Gao Chunsheng in 2009. L3 line include 4 foreign genes:ACE-D2ã€MsrA1ã€Pep3ã€Defensin.The result of the PCR showed that, T3 exist 3 kinds of plant genomes:including ACE-D2ã€MsrA1ã€Pep3ã€Defensin (â… ), including ACE-D2ã€MsrA1 (â…¡), including Pep3ã€Defensin (â…¢). So many foreign gene lost in T3 lines, but separation of the law in the progeny was not so much. The result of the southern bloting was same with my prejudge that foreign genes has intergrated in the genome,â…¡andâ…¢is the separation of the law of I.Point inoculation showed that yangmai 11 transgenic wheat were significantly batter than the nontransformed wheat line in FHB resistanceâ…¡, were same with sumai 3. |
