Natural rubber has a high economic value and prospects of the global industrial raw materials, and is an indispensable strategic material. The main source of natural rubber is Hevea brasiliensi. Applying with highly efficient tapping systems is an effective way to improve latex yield in natural rubber production. Tapping with ethylene gas stimulation, developed in the early of 1990’s shows a great potential economic advantage. In this research, we analysed the diagnosis of latex physiological to study the characteristics of latex regeneration and latex flow by studying relatively locality of ethylene gas stimulation, thereby exploring the best gas spurs position; and further study the the characteristics of latex regeneration and latex flow in the different tapping intensity (tapping cut length) on this basis to provide experimental and theoretical basis of reasonable length by the conditions of ethylene gas stimulation, and then optimize gas stimulation technology. The main results are as follows:1. There is different effects of physiological condition treated by various localities of ethylene stimulation. It’s found that the yeild increased most significantly treated on the top of secant (Sc8), and the contents of sucrose(SUC), thiol(R-SH), phosphorus (Pi) conten were significantly higher than the control, while the dry rubber content (DRC), plug index (PI) and magnesium(Mg2+) content, lutiod disrupt index, pH were significantly lower than those of the control. Peroxidase (POD) specific activity was significantly lower than control and other treatments, superoxide dismutase (SOD) specific activity was significantly higher than control and other treatments. We can conclude that treated on the top of secant (Sc8) produced highest yield and the rubber trees could maintain well condition of the characteristics of latex regeneration and latex flow2. To analyze the physiological parameters of latex in different tapping intensity (3S/4Uã€S/2Uã€S/4Uã€Sc8U), the results showed that the longer the secant length(tapping intensity), there was the greater damage to the rubber trees and shorter time to maintain the sustainable yield. The rubber trees could produce highest yield and maintain well condition of the characteristics of latex regeneration and latex flow treated on the secant (S/8U).It could offer the possibility of sustained higher yield of with better safety on S/8U d4+ETG.According to the results, it is recommended to stimulate the top position in the secant of about 35cm, Sc8 U, tapping the rubber tree system for tapping with gas-Stimulation. |
