As the aerospace science and technology continuous improvement, a new generation heavy-lift rocket liquid oxygen kerosene engine become the research focus of space technology. In the study requires a lot of devices, such as regulator and throttle valve, however, these devices must pass through vacuum drying to better put into experiment study. But in the face of existing drying control system, already can not satisfy the high efficiency high quality dry task, and greatly affect the process. Therefore, design a more optimized drying control system, to promote the development of drying control technology and aerospace business is of great significance. Papers to the demand of a certain institute as the research background, on the basis of the existing drying technology, using industrial computer, PLC, HMI(touch screen) and the configuration, programming, and hardware and software equipment, to study on design of drying control system. The main work is as follows:First, in considering the reliability, real-time and complexity of the system and system functional requirements, etc., designed the overall design plan and process flow of drying system. The controller PLC, HMI(touch screen), hardware, such as measuring sensors and actuators, optimized selection. In the aspect of software, the use of WinCC flexible and WinCC configuration software design interface, for operators to provide a vivid concise man-machine interaction interface. Application of WinCC Realize the overall monitoring and reporting system, run trend, etc on industrial computer. Using WinCC flexible design system on the industrial computer drying control interface, and then downloaded to the HMI(touch screen), realize overall control, parameter configuration, data query, curve display, overrun alarm, etc. In addition, the PLC using powerful STEP7 programming software write vacuum drying control program to implement system of the whole vacuum drying control function.Secondly, this paper analyzes the system of communication network system, the system transmission network is roughly divided into two layers.The first layer is between S7-300 PLC controller and HMI(touch screen) with the method of PROFIBUS-DP communication. The second layer is between S7-300 PLC controller and industrial control computer based on TCP/IP protocol Ethernet communication.Finally, this article in view of the system of high requirement of real-time and sensor easy cause failure situation, developed a kind of improved particle filter algorithm is introduced into the sensor fault diagnosis to improve the running efficiency of system. Mainly in the traditional resampling the sequential search method for the existence of weighting point long operation time, occupy large storage space, use binary search method to find a place to weighting. Through Matlab simulation, a new particle filter resampling algorithm to diagnose the sensor faults, which greatly improve the efficiency and real-time performance of the system.
