Railway projects mainly use allowable stress method, with the continuous development of the railway, slope design method needs to be improved. Make the reliability method and the deterministic methods combined, joint safety factor and failure probability(reliability index) evaluate the slope stability. In this paper, the railway embankment slope limit state design method are deep researched direct the slope stability of the special conditions of railway embankment. In this paper, the railway embankment slope limit state design method are deep researched direct the slope stability of the special conditions of railway embankment. First, based on Swedish slice method, Seismic reliability limit state equation of railway embankment slope under the seismic loading and the flooding. Furthermore mke the "JC method" as the theoretical basis, using Matlab program calculate the reliability index. Then using general separation method partial coefficients, calibration the partial coefficients results, finally give partial factor reference value.(1) Analyzes the literature, given the limit state equation variables of the railway slope. Using the slice method, given the railway embankment slope limit state equation under the seismic loading and flooded.(2) Using the JC method, preparation the Matlab calculation program, calculate the railway slope reliability index under seismic loads and flooding conditions.(3) Using the general separation method, calculated railway slope partial factor under seismic load and flooding conditions, And the results are calibrated, it shows the partial coefficients are taken relatively reasonable.
