It is one of the important goal of multiple launch rocket development to improve its firing accuracy. Landing point correction according to the fast calculation of exterior ballistic is one of the effective way to improve the firing veracity and accuracy of multiple launch rocket. But it is difficult to meet the requirement of the quick attack, because of long computational time of numerical integration methods of exterior ballistic and the multi-iterations of landing point correction. This paper proposed a fast computing technique for the rocket exterior ballistic and a fast landing point correction algorithm based on the angle of fire in the context of some 973 project. Implement the fast calculation of exterior ballistic and the accurate correction of landing point. The main work done is as follows:1) In order to acquire the change rules of aerodynamic parameters tail oblique angles and warhead sizes of rocket vary under the circumstances of certain Mach number and angle of attack, the effect of rocket manufacturing error on aerodynamic parameters is simulated analyzed. Then the change rules of aerodynamic parameters as Mach number changes isrevealed with and without rocket manufacturing error.2) A fast computation method of discrete time transfer matrix method for rocket exterior ballistic, which is used to simulate exterior ballistic of a 122mm rocket is proposed. The simulation results are effective by compared with the actual firing results. The computational rate of proposed methods faster 25% than that of traditional ballistics solution.3) The effect of rocket manufacturing error on the firing intensity is simulated. The simulation results show that rocket manufacturing error has a small effect on longitudinal intensity and the influence on lateral intensity can be omitted.4) The effects of initial disturbance, manufacturing error and wind on firing accuracy of rocket are analyzed quantitatively in different cases, and the results show that the initial disturbance is the primary factor effecting firing accuracy, especially in the case of small angle of attack.5) A fast landing point correction algorithm based on the firing angle is put forward, whose idea is changing appropriately the unit firing angle correction to correct impact point quickly and accurately in each case of the firing angle. Then the impact point is corrected in different case of firing angle and error using the propose algorithm, and the result is in agreement with that expected.
