Applied to the development of a helicopter main gear reducer platform as the object In this paper. The model of micro-segment gear, use the different hyper-mesh method to gain higher quality network grid in comparing contact analysis. The gear pair of static analysis, use orthogonal experiment and FEM compares the micro-segment gear with involute gear in contact stress, Secondly use orthogonal regression design get the contact stress equations with torque, the number of teeth, modulus. In order to overcome the ploblem of small sample of gear and other important parts, then get the contact stress distribution of micro-segment and involute gear based on Monte-Carlo method, and get the contact stress frequency distribution of gear through simulation,so the gear contact stress obeys the normal distribution. The comparison test on bending and contact strength between micro-segment gears and involute gears has been carried out with the ARAMIS non-contact measuring strain measuring system.Based on the basis of the static gear contact analysis, to view the gears meshing impact simulation by Hypercrash, RADIOSS and Hyperview. In different conditions of the meshing gears, compare gear variation contact force at different speeds and different load, extraction the position equivalent stress cloud on component gear, Analysis the trend of the maximum contact force under different rotational speed.Obtained micro-segment gear vibration and noise conditions by testing different conditions and the X、Y、Z direction vibration acceleration at different speeds,in order to verify the comfort transmission process by results. The gear pair modal analysis based on Workbench, obtained its natural frequency and main vibration mode utilizing the full method. Before structural design, separate the natural frequency and the system frequency can effectively prevent the occurrence of resonance.
