| With the locomotive constant speeder, and a large area of heavy load railway line opened, rail damage problems become more prominent. Rail tread corrugation and fatigue stripping is the most common rail failure mode. The rail damage will not only greatly shorten the service life of the rail and will have a serious impact on the safety of railway. It has attracted widespread attention in the railway industry at home and abroad. With the deepening of research of the wheel-rail lubrication technology and creep theory, people began to try to apply the rail tread lubrication and friction control technology, so that the friction coefficient of wheel-rail is controlled in the medium range, without reducing the traction and braking require sticking coefficient, delaying rail failure. Wheel-rail tread friction control technology as a new concept was put forward, and in the heavy load line it has been applied, the results show that the wheel-rail tread friction regulation can improve the wheel-rail contact state, effectively suppressed rail corrugation, slow rail tread wear and fatigue stripping, extend rail life. However, the mechanism of wheel-rail tread friction control technology is not unified understanded by domestic and foreign scholars. The effects of wheel-rail tread friction control technology on the wheel-rail dynamic effect has not been systematically studied.From two aspects of experiment and simulation, this paper studies the effects law of wheel-rail tread friction control technology to wheel-rail dynamic effect. With the help of Kalker on the "three body" model theory, this paper established the "three body full film lubrication" wheel-rail rolling contact model based on the presence of solid lubricant film in contact region, and the model is prosessed equivalently into two body rolling contact model. By SIMPACK as numerical computing platform, four trains dynamics model with flexible track is established, with the actual line for orbital parameters, simulating and calculating the wheel-rail dynamic effect of heavy load line, subway station field under the condition of dry friction or the rail tread friction control, and the results were compared with test line, to explore the effects mechanism of rail tread friction control technology on the mitigation of rail corrugation and fatigue stripping, on this basis, making a further research on the rail tread friction control technology for the curve passing, for alleviating the subway station howling noise, for derailment problem under the condition of heavy load railway, subway station and other rail lines. |
