| With transformation of war and development of science and technology, highprecision, low-cost and intelligent ammunitions are under active development in many countries. Missile is precision, long-range, powerful but high price makes it hard to equip abundantly. Trajectory correction projectile is the typical example of different schemes. It’s one of intelligent ammunitions which replaces original fuze with trajectory correction fuze. After comparing actual trajectory with ideal one through missile-borne or ground system, trajectory is corrected limitedly by actuator module to make it more close to the ideal trajectory and enhance the shooting accuracy. There appears many kinds of control and correction technology after intense researches. This article focuses on missile-board control system of one-dimension trajectory correction projectile through microwave control method.This task comes from “Cooperation Agreement On Wireless Communication Technology†with Advanced Ammunition R&D Center of Southwest Technology and Engineering Research Institute. It aims at systematic scheme and key technologies of missile-board control system including communication system and signal processing system. The research is primarily as follows:(1) This paper determines the system plan of one-dimension trajectory correction through the analysis of all kinds of correction methods and real conditions. Systematic scheme of missile-board control system including communication system and signal processing system is introduced.(2) Communication system is designed based on the principle of wireless communication theory. The microwave receiver including band-pass filters, amplifiers and mixers is designed according to system parameters. Besides this, the system performances such as frequency domain response and gain are simulated and optimized.(3) Major circuits based on TMS320F2812 chip and programming modules based on CCS are designed to realize functions including sampling, decryption and providing PWM waveform to control actuator. Anti-high load and anti-interference measures are expounded as well.(4)The result shows microwave receiver designing is reasonable and functions of signal processing system is valid through simulation analyses,hardware and software tests. |
