Testability is a very important factror int the product design, and it has become an more and more important part in the design of weapons and equipments. But the current fault diagnosis software is mostly modeling from the circuit level to system level based on multi-signal model, the traditional modeling and analysis method is more closely combined with hardware devices; and mostly based on signal-flow graph. For complex large-scale device level circuit this method will be very trouble and Inefficient. Therefore, in the support of some projects of the State, we have made a thorough research on the modeling method and testability analysis method based on the task-flow model. In the same time, we also completed the design and implementation of the overall structure and key modules of the test software based on the task-flow model. The research conducted in this paper is listed as follows:1.Firstly, put forward the concept and theoretical basis of the task flow model by clarifying the definition of the task-profile, then given task generation method and procedure based on the task-profile. Since the previous modeling methods are mostly based on multiple signal flow model, and the task flow model has its own unique properties, traditional modeling method does not apply to multi-task signal flow flow model. It is necessary to study the system properties for modeling task-flow model from the level nature, timing and logic.2.Since the calculation of the index can not be separated from the support of the multi-signal flow model, only on the basis of task-flow model must be associated with the multi-signal flow model together, so that can set the appropriate measurement points in order to obtain the required data testability indicators. In this paper, we associated the multi-signal flow model and the multi-task flow with the matrix transformation method.3.After the task-flow model associated with the multi-signal flow model, can make use of multi-signal flow model to calculate the test indicators of the task-flow model. Meanwhile, the task-flow model also has its unique test indicators, this article will give the calculation method.4.In this paper, we have made a deep research on the test index assignment method based on the task-flow model. The distribution of test index has always been an important part of the design for testability, the two methods proposed in this paper, based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm of test index assignment method and based on BP neural network test index assignment method. From the view of intelligent algorithm, it can provide ideas and reference for the further research.5.This paper introduces the development of the software tools. First introduced the overall process of the software design and system, so that the readers can have a preliminary understanding of the whole software platform and function. At the same time, it introduced the background of the development of the software, the main development tool and the main technical route. Then introduced the main function modules of the software, the main function modules of the software are the task-profile modeling module and the testability modeling module. The task-profile modeling module is mainly used for the graphical modeling of task-flow model, to generate the task-flow model. And the test modeling module is mainly to associate the task-flow model with the multi-signal flow model, so that the two can be corresponding, so as to achieve the calculation of the test index.
