Research On The Embedded Impedance Measurement System

With the advancement of technology, integrated chip features increasing, faster, smaller, it will also make a corresponding variety of electronic test equipment, data processing equipment to the embedded development direction of becoming a kind of trend. The rapid development of embedded chip technology also makes the future that higher processing speed and better functionality embedded processor replace the PC data processing terminal become possible. This thesis research is done by measuring the impedance and transplanting the software of impedance data analysis into embedded processor that is S3C2440 of the ARM-based architecture.This topic impedance measurements uses AD5933 chip and it is based on ARM architecture processor S3C2440 with embedded Linux2.6.32. Using QT developed impedance data analysis software. First, setting the operating mode of the chip impedance collected by QT impedance analysis software, then storing the collected impedance data in the ARM memory. After the impedance measurement data can be used to draw impedance curves and the curves can be analyzed curve characteristics.The main research projects have been completed:1) Build a cross compiler for embedded development platform and complete embedded Linux system migration; 2) Prepared for impedance measurement chip IIC driver; 3) Use of QT-based library written in C++ the impedance measurement and analysis software; 4)Porting the impedance measurement and analysis software to ARM that is based embedded platform; 5) By transplanting touch screen library and using the touch screen as a man-machine interface.By studying this issue it achieves an embedded ARM platform that has the function of data acquisition and preliminary analysis. Operation through the touch screen realizes to collect data by controlling impedance measurement chip collecting, save data, display of data collection.The collected impedance data is processed to obtain basic indicators evaluation data through embedded data processing algorithms.The software can choose more precisely the algorithm to process data by according impedance range and the collected data of impedance can be plotted on touch screen and can observation curve of the impedance data on the touch screen and can simultaneously draw two curves.The software can draw U-shaped curve by using the data that is collected other platforms.
