The 21 st century is the era of the internet economy. With the rapid development of network technology, the internet financial arises at the historic moment. At the same time, the e-bank development is also rapid and violent. The rapid development of the internet offers great opportunities, while it also creates severe challenges for commercial banks. On the one hand, the development mode of the major commercials tend to be identical; On the other hand, the third party payment platform development is swift and violent and it takes more fierce competition. Today, commercial banks have become increasingly aware of the rapid development of the internet in the financial times, diversified financial service pattern has been formed. In order to seek development in the competition, it is necessary to adjust, continuously explore, to better adapt to the development of the times. Following the experience economy era coming, in order to retain customers, we must focus on the user experience and so do banking industry. Experience is the core engine of the network financial. So in this paper, we study e-banking service improvement with the breakthrough point of user experience.In order to carry on the improvement of e-banking services, improve the user experience, this paper bases on the technology acceptance model and refers to multiple technology acceptance extension model at the same time, to build and verify the electronic bank adoption model. It concluded the factors influencing the adoption of electronic banking services. Then, with service design concept as the instruction, we analy the key contact point in the process of e-banking service contact and guide the design of the e-banking based on the theory of user experience and the factors that influencing electronic banking user adoption, attract new users and improve customer loyalty. So that the electronic banking gain better development in the fierce competition.This article combines technology adoption model with theories of service design and user experience. And it provides a new study idea for our country e-banking service improvement and has an important theoritical and practical significance for guiding research and development of China’s commercial banks of e-banking business.
