since the reform and opening up, the socialist m arket economi c system has been gradually established, the market economy in China has been growing at an amazing s peed,and has ga ined remarkable achievements. But at the same time, the tradi tional commercial regi strati on has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the market econom y, t he contradiction between the t wo has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve this problem, Zhuha i City carried out reform of commercial regis tration sys tem, at the same time,t he SAR l egi slative power of the favorabl e fact ors in 2013 iss ued the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone and Com merci al R egistration Ordinance ", for com mercial registration syst em to provide a legal level support. However, the reform of commercial registration syst em also put forward new requirements and new problems for the following regulation.Based on t his, this paper in Jinwan District of Zhuhai City as the comm ercial registration follow-up supervision and refor m of the system of case analysis, through the analys is of t he Zhuha i City commercial regi strati on s ys tem reform and the exis ting follow-up supervision,combined with the act ual case, draw lessons from the advanced ex perience of other domestic areas, bead sea, Jinwan District, com merci al registration sys tem reform and follow-up supervision put forwar d countermeasures and suggesti ons.This thesis consists of six chapters, the fi rst chapter is the introducti on, mainly i ntroduces the topics of the resea rch backgr ound, the resea rch goal and the significance,t hinking and framewor k analysi s, domestic and foreign research status and the resear ch m ethods, innovation and deficienci es.The second chapter introduces the rel evant concepts, definitions and current si tuat ion of t he follow-up supervis ion of the com mercial registration s ys tem. First introduced the commercial registration and commercial registration syst em reform concept and basi c situation, and then introduced the foll ow-up supervision of t he institutions, work m eas ures and the current situation of t he follow-up supervision.The third chapter introduces the reform of commercial registration sys tem. Mainly i ncludes the background and reas on of the z huhai commercia l registrat ion sys tem refor m, the m ain content of t he refor m of comm ercia l regist ration of zhuhai and refor m effect..Fourth chapter reason analys is.
