This article is an applied degree paper, the full text research around the concrete application of market value management theory, finally puts forward strategies to help LT company will target from the simple pursuit of profit maximization to maximize shareholder value, the market value management theory is used to process. The characteristics of this paper are proposed to improve the management mechanism of market value, innovative combined with market value management mechanism and influence factors of market value management, which is more practical. The structure of full text is divided into two parts, the first part is case description, and the second part is case analysis.In the case description part, first of all, we introduce LT company’s basic situation, and then we introduce the brief development history of LT company, then we introduce the LT company’s management situation, then, we concretely introduces the management features and advantages of LT company. Finally, we talk about the situation and problems on market value management of LT company.In case analysis part, first of all, we describe the research background, research purpose and meaning of the case, put forward the content and framework of the case study; Secondly, we review the relevant literatures which involved the value management theory, strategic management theory and the market value management theory in the case study, establish a new analysis framework, is one of the innovation point of this paper. We explain the influence factors of market value management, and on the basic of observation and practice, we put forward the management mechanism of market value; Furthermore, we analyze the internal influencing factors of market value management of LT company. Fourthly, we analyze the external market value environment of the company; Fifthly, we propose the market capitalization management strategies of LT company to enhance the level of its market value management. These strategies include reshaping the company’s value creation ability, promoting the endogenous growth and merger and extension acquisition, enhancing the value realization level through 4R management, etc.; Finally, we present research conclusion and research prospect of the paper.
