Research On Development Level Of Intellectual Property Rights And Its Contribution To The Economic In Guangdong

Intellectual property has become an important factor in promoting economic development and generating economic benefits. Since 1980’s, our country insist to strengthen intellectual property protection and improve the intellectual property system. Now our country has formed a relatively perfect system of intellectual property laws and regulations, and the whole society’s awareness of intellectual property has also improved. But considering that China began late in building intellectual property system, the whole intellectual property development lags behind the economic development, the development of science and technology, and trade development, coincided with the arrival of the transformation of economic development in our country. In order to change the pattern of economic development, our country put forward t the goal to build an innovation-oriented country, which claiming a more strict Intellectual property development.The study found that first, intellectual property development level among the top in our country, but there also exists some problems: intellectual property development quality is not high, a patent for invention patent proportion is low, and Intellectual property rights protection strength is insufficient. Second, the intellectual property rights has certain effect on economic growth, but this influence differences between different economic regions and cities of Guangdong province.This paper analyses t Intellectual property development level of Guangdong province and the effect on economic growth. The research has a certain guiding significance on positive interaction between the development of intellectual property rights and economic and resource-based economy transformation.
