Rural commercial banks mainly serve the county economy, and provide the backbone financial services to promote the county economy, especially the “three rural development”, so, Doing a good job in rural commercial bank credit risk prevention and control is particularly important.Combined with the work experience of Banking Bureau of Zhuzhou, Author starts with analysis of Yanling Rural Commercial Bank, hoping to find the bank risk management system problems and suggesting improvements recommended measures to promote the healthy development of the line. Firstly from a credit risk management organization, pattern, strategy, risk management and aspects of three-dimensional tolerance demonstrated its existing risk control practices, and then to the existing problems and reasons to find and analyze. Then, from the loan before the survey system, three aspects of post-loan risk monitoring system and IT support systems, such as design a workable optimized content. Finally, there may be optimized for the implementation of its credit risk management issues, this paper must be considered from the corporate governance structure, internal management and information technology uses three levels to be protected.In this paper, the research based on the actual case, it has a very strong reference for other rural commercial banks’ credit risk management.
