Study On The Operational Risk Managment Under The Bulk Commodity Trade Finance Market Structure Of N Bank

With the development of international trade finance,bulk commodity structured trade is developing rapidly.It also Increased demand and its other services needs by the relevant manufactures and traders. Meanwhile compared with other tranditional credit business,the new finance method brings many business opportunities of related financing means for commercial banks in our country.In fact,whatever,the method also takes a large amount risk operation during all over of the business operational process.The study objective of the article has two points:one is how to the commercial bank analysis evaluate and calculate the operational risk; the other one quoted to further expound the method of management of operational risk.Moreover,it could apply the experience of the N bank for reference.this article is made up of four main parts:(1) Based on the theory of operational risk recognition,the article focuses on the process of the operational risk of management to analyze on the commodity structured trade finance of the N bank.(2) It set up the evaluation model for the N bank of operational risk management. First of all,the author selects Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate weight of risk factors. Secondly,it utilize the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation theory to bulid up the steps of the evaluation model.Finally,it analyses the above methods studies and the risk assessment results through the model.(3)By the basis of supervisory organization,the article calculated operational risk capital by alternative standardize approach and implement internal control.(4)Through this article,the N lines operational risk management puts forward some measures to avoid risks:to improve the competency of employed people in such business;to establish an effective risk prevention mechanism;to promote operational risk management concept and optimize system function; to further improve the business operation.
