Research On The Mechanism And Application Of Engineering Insurance Claims And Its Application

With the further development of China’s market economy, engineering insurance industry, as an important part of Chi na’s financial system and social security system, plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious society. The economic compensation, financing and social management function of the engineering insurance are paid more and more attention by the society, the function of stabilizing the social and economic life is highlighted, and the people are more and more concerned about the engineering insurance. However, due to the late start, engineering insurance of our country facing many problems, such as engineering insurance system is not perfect, relevant staff service level is low, weak awareness of risk insurance etc., these problems sparking the insurance company and the insured in order to pursue the maximization of their own interests and contract: the deviation of understanding, the lack of evidence or suspicious of the authenticity of the evidence, claim amount of calculation is not reasonable, eventually leading to claims cycle long, prohibitive for many people of engineering insurance, thus affe cting the development of engineering insurance. Therefore, how to establish a fair and reasonable compensation mechanism to make up the deficiency of the objective environment in the existing objective environment is very necessary.Compensation mechanism of engineering insurance related research is very few, but also remain in the claims process research, does not fundamentally solve because of lack of evidence and evidence of doubtful veracity lead to claims difficult problem, there is no insurance claims compensation calculation method research, caused by the unreasonable compensation claims disputes problem solved. Aiming at these problems, this paper offer investigation, theoretical analysis, summarized the methods of engineering insurance claims related to the content of study, including the history of the development of the insurance industry, the status of engineering insurance and engineering insurance system, and in–depth analysis of engineering insurance compensation mechanism of and the reasons fo r the shortage, so as to find out the ways to improve the compensation mechanism of engineering insurance. In this process, the main contents and results are as follows:(1) Discussion on engineering insurance system in china. In the analysis of the development and current situation of engineering insurance system combined with the development of engineering insurance of existing engineering insurance system for the existing problems, and discusses the engineering insurance system is not perfect, the effect of engineering insurance claims and establish a fair and reasonable insurance compensation mechanism of importance;(2) Study on the mechanism and method of engineering insurance claim settlement. After analyzing the existing problems in the existing cla ims system, based on the construction side, supervision side and the construction side of the project management method, put forward the project management based on the project insurance claims mechanism;(3) Research on calculation method of engineering insurance compensation. In this paper, according to the general provisions of the general insurance contract terms of the requirements and the relevant relationship, the study concluded that the engineering insurance claims settlement calculation model. Th en, it discusses the method of calculating the parameters in the calculation model. Finally, the concrete application method of the calculation model for the settlement of the flood disaster is put forward;(4) Estimation method for loss of river closure.
