The Research On The Education And Regional Income Gap

In the continuous development of economy in our country now, the regional income gap is more and more big, the eastern region is much higher than the central and western areas.In fact, regional income gap is increasingly serious, has a serious threat to the future development of China’s economy.Therefore, you must clear the reasons of the income gap, this article through the analysis of the main reason of income gap ——education, and according to the current our country the present situation of the education career and education resources distribution imbalance to study education inequality of income gap between the conduction mechanism. On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism, using panel data of provinces in our country to carry out empirical research, puts forward the influence of the education inequality of income gap is far more than the total input of education influence. So although our country’s education investment has reached the international level of 4%, but the urban and rural education inequality is still a serious problem facing our country.In this paper, the first part introduces the domestic and foreign relevant education and income from two aspects of theory, analyzes the related theory of guiding significance. In the second part analyzes the present situation of regional income, the causes of the gap and cause the negative impact of the huge gap, and expounds the present situation of education in our country, including education funds and the investment of education two aspects. The third part through comparing things in recent years in two aspects of the three areas of education and income data, to verify the relationship between education and income, thus determine the education inequality has significant effect on the income gap. The fourth part according to the above put forward the corresponding countermeasures, for solve the gap to a certain extent on the regional education is to be able to bridge the gap between the regional income.
