Nowadays our country enterprise competition in the market environment is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises in transform and upgrading engineering need through the perfect project cost management methods combined with ERP software for automatic calculation function to realize the management of the project in advance. For this case, implementing cost early warning mechanism, focusing on research and development cost though strategic cooperation with the suppliers to realize costs of reducing. We need to close communication with customers from the use of functions and reduce the cost of product design, at the same time to ensure the efficiency of enterprises and continuously improve customers satisfaction to create value for customers to overcome the traditional enterprise limited to the post production areas of production in the field of manual full cost method of management issues. In this paper, I went through the successful case of company C of the PTH project cost management on enterprises under the precondition of ensuring the quality of the project through the project cost control under the premise of satisfying the needs of customers for customers to provide qualified products and make the project a success.At the first, I studied the back ground, the significance and the ideas of the PTH project, and introduced the development process of project cost management and reviewed related theories, which lay a foundation for the effectiveness of the verification of the theory of project cost management.Then I listed and analyzed the cost management problems which caused during the project implementation process and offered considerate solutions to them.Finally, through the earned value method and performance evaluation method of the project cost control to evaluate and achieve the anticipated cost control targets.The implementation process of the project has the key elements of the project cost management, including project organization, project budget, project plan, project control. Therefore, the use of project cost management of the work method, the enterprise benefit is helpful. Of course, the premise of the successful implementation of enterprise project cost management is the need to build the project on the basis of qualified quality. Each enterprise needs according to its own products and industry characteristics to take appropriate project cost management model, and to achieve the success of the project cost management.
