Research On Risk Control Of National Student Loan’s Policy In China

The development of the society is inseparable from the training of talents, our country has been committed to the fairness and justice of education for the students coming from poor family. It has been developed from 1999 up to now in China. Though we have changed the policy of student loan continuously, we are still faced with many problems, such as the risk of bank, the default rate of students, the responsibility of the organizations in the national student loan. On the way of development of National Student Loan’s Policy System, we still have a lot of lacking. The relevant laws to the national student loan are still not to be issued to constraints on all the parties; the definition of the student loan which has the nature of policy is still not clear; if our country need the relevant institution to be responsible for the loans’application, management and recovering; our credit system still need to support for the development vigorously.By analyzing the development process, the status que and the main risks of the student loans’ policy system to improve the student loan system through institutional reforms; through the date to analyze which macroeconomic factors are impacting the development of national student loan to having a better environment and greater government support to promote the overall development of student loan; by comparison with foreign student loan policy to point out the deficiencies of the risk control of the national student loan’s policy system that exist. Through the above method to put forward the reform of the national student loan’s policy system.
