Research On The Influence Of Human Capital On Economic Growth In Changzhutan Area

In new economic growth theory, human capital is the most important production factor in all factors of economic growth, this argument has been verified in the era of knowledge economy. Human capital is an inexhaustible source of economic sustainable and healthy development.In 1997, the human province government to start the changzhutan area overall planning. To accumulate experience for the “two type society construction”, On December 14, 2007, the changzhutan area approved for the national resource saving and environment friendly society construction of comprehensive reform pilot area, also is the construction of "two type society" experimental zone. On December 3, 2014, the state council premier like qiang chaired a state council executive meeting, the meeting decided to build another batch of national independent innovation demonstration zone in changzhutan. Take the leading test policy to make effects in a larger scope and more areas. Human province and changzhutan area meet the great historical opportunity. The changzhutan area is faced with transformation of the pattern of economic development, optimize the industrial structure of challenge, and human capital plays an important role in the challenge. Therefore, research the human capital development of changzhutan area and its role in economic growth have important practical significance to put forward policy suggestions on optimization of human capital investment in the future have.This paper combed the previous scholars both at home and abroad on the study of the relationship between human capital and economic growth,defines the connotation and characteristics of human capital, and then combed the early and modern theory of human capital. And then put forward the human capital formed by the education, training, labor mobility, and health care investment. Adopt the method of econometric analysis in changzhutan area educational, science and technology, and health effects of human capital on economic growth empirical research,try to find the contribution of various indicators of economic growth.Results show that: the whole social fixed assets investment, number of practitioners, public financial education funds expenditure and ordinary institutions of higher learning, the number of full-time teachers, year’s health agency personnel quantity, year’s medical institutions of beds,R&D spending and the number of units in R&D activities, these indicators have a significant impact on economic growth. The number of universities, the number of students, R&D workers, R&D personnel of full-time equivalent, effective number of invention patents, health public finances, number of medical institutions has not significant correlation with economic growth. Finally, I according to the result of calculation,and combined with changzhutan area actual situation gives advice.
