Eventually, the contradiction, which is capacity of low-income residents pay for family housing, housing affordability urban residents and the supply of urban housing, is growing large. Since Chinese government’s reform of the housing system in 1998, while the housing reform goal is to make our national welfare housing allocation determined to enter the market, monetization stage, with the configuration of the market economy of resources to improve the majority of urban residents living life degree. Currently, the basic construction of affordable housing system in China is based on low-cost housing and affordable housing affordable housing system, to ensure the basis of low-income housing residents. Shaanxi Province established a diversified housing to protect new homes started in 2008, the establishment of affordable housing, low-rent housing, public rental housing, limit commercial complementary affordable housing system.
