Chen Yun 's Exploration And Contribution To The Sinicization Of Marxist Economic Theory

In the process of Chen yun’s leading of financial management and economic construction in China, he was committed to the practical exploration of sinicization of economic theory. He formed economic thought which embodies the spirit of Marxism economic theory principle, and meets the need of China’s basic national conditions and economic construction. Chen yun’s economic thought is rich of connotation and strong practicability, and plays an important guiding role for our country’s healthy development of socialist economy, and has made an outstanding contribution. In the present period, it is still of an important theoretical value and practical significance to solve the new problems in our economic construction much better, to explore the new path of better development, to further study the main contribution of Chen yun’s economic theory to the sinicization of Marxism,and to obtain beneficial enlightenment and guidance.This paper firstly discusses Chen yun’s exploring process of the sinicization of Marxist economic theory. He always pays attention to acquiring the Marxist economic theory, whether during the period of learning in Moscow, or in the yanan period, or till the founding of new China, or even in very difficult circumstances of "cultural revolution". He did not relax on the study of Marxist economic theory. Chen yun emphasis on Marxist economic theory to practice, as a guide to improve the quality of financial management and economic construction in China. He spent his whole life to exploring the sinicization of Marxist economic theory and forming socialist economic construction thought and development path with Chinese characteristics. His exploration of the development process can be divided into three period, which is the period of exploring the starting stage before the founding of new China; and the period of the development into phases before the "cultural revolution"; and the period late to "cultural revolution" is the phase of innovation in the new period of reform and opening-up. Chen yun’s exploration of sinicization of Marxist economic theory is constantly advancing with The Times.Secondly, this paper put Chen yun’s main contribution to the sinicization of Marxist economic theory systematically in this paper. The ideological content includes five mainly aspects:(1) clearly putting forward the object of the socialist economic construction which is to improve the people’s lives, to accelerate dealing with the relationship between the economic development and the improve of people’s living standards, and emphasis on the construction socialist economy which is beneficial to people. (2) attaching great importance to the national economy basic status of agriculture, believing that agricultural development is a top priority and must not neglect the development of agriculture. He put forward the point of view that weak agriculture leads to instability and disorder, and think this is involved in the basic issue of economic development and political stability. (3) the emphasis on the overall balance of economic construction. According to proportion, the coordinated development of national economic sectors; Fiscal revenue and expenditure, bank credit and foreign exchange receipts and payments, material supply and demand balance; Adapted to its economic construction scale. (4) the emphasis on the importance of market regulation firstly while planning for the development of national economy, and the requirements of the organic combination of planned economy and market regulation, and proposal of adhering to the planned economy to which is given priority, the ideas of the market regulation is complementary requirements. (5) adhering to the realistic method to recognize and solve the problem of our country’s economic construction and financial management, putting forward that the practical guidelines of "don’t rely to the authority, or the theory and only to the reality, exchange, comparison, repeated".Finally, this article elucidates the reality suggestions to the sinicization of Marxist economic theory. Chen yun’s finance management and economic construction thought is formed in a certain historical period, but also reflects the basic principles of the construction of the socialist economy and the objective requirements in our country.It still has important implications in the new period of Comprehensively deepening reform in our country and being committed to building a well-off society, which mainly reflects in the important enlightenment to insist on the fundamental purpose of serving the people, to realize the common prosperity, to solve the "three rural problems", in order to build a new socialist countryside, to grasp the economic rules, implement the scientific concept of development, to promote the practical, work diligently working style, etc.
