Research On Supply Chain Knowledge Flow Incentive Based On ISM Model

In the new knowledge economy, the competition between supply chain enterprises is not only rely on traditional resources such as capital, labor, equipment, but more and more rely on intellectual capital such as knowledge, technology. There is a trend that intellectual capital will surpass traditional production factors and become the key elements for enterprises to improve competitiveness. How to strengthen the core competitiveness, especially the knowledge management, between supply chains, is becoming an important research subject.With the goal of promotion of the core enterprise intellectual capital to study the motivation of supply chain knowledge flow, is a new field in the research of supply chain management. This paper firstly come to a conclusion that the intellectual capital is related to knowledge flows by literature consultation, and subdivide the intellectual capital to human capital, structural capital and relational capital. Then subdivide the influence factors of the knowledge flow from these 3 aspects to analyze these elements by ISM model and ICMAC, and then I find out the most critical factors that affect knowledge flow motivation under the intellectual capital, they respectively are enterprise organizational structure and cultural differences, circulation environment and communication channels of knowledge flows between supply chain enterprises, and the level of knowledge and information degree, physical distance of knowledge communication, shared vision between enterprise and the relationship and trust between enterprises. These have provided the basis for knowledge flow motivation method. On the basis of the study, I have respectively put forward incentives from three aspects, which are the promotion of capital structure, relationship capital and human capital. The most important is improving enterprise organizational structure and cultural difference of capital structure and circulation environment and communication channels of knowledge flows between supply chain enterprises. Therefore, I will put the most influential and driving-forced factors which have been analyzed by ISM model and MICMAC analysis as the first.Finally, I take Yunnan Smelting Plant as an example, to illustrate the feasibility of the incentive methods, and further prove that promote intellectual capital is significant for supply chain enterprise’s motivation.In the end, I make a summary and expectation to the article. As my intellectual ability is limited, there may be some deficiencies in the method. At the end of the article I put forward the direction to improvement about the future, to facilitate latter’s discussion and research.
