Study On Product Cost Control Of Farmland Farming

Recently, the price of agricultural products has kept rising, which is most probably becauseof the high cost of agricultural products. The government has already issued a series ofpreferential policies to support the development of state-owned farm state, but this does notfundamentally change the problem of the high cost of agricultural products. Only when thestate-owned farm pay attention to the cost control and improve the cost management can makethe high prices of agricultural products under control. Therefore, the cost control ofstate-owned farm planting is the theme of this paper.Firstly, this paper studies the product cost of planting industry and the related theories, definesthe scope of farming product cost control, and chooses the method to control the cost of plantingindustry based on the analysis of cost control. Many methods of this cost control areaccumulated at home and abroad. However, it is still lack of systematic thinking and operating.What’s more, due to the special nature of risks, uncertainty and natural reproduction in theproduction process, we should fully consider more on the cost control of planting industry. Thefarming product must control the cost of each link through the whole process, the whole system,and all the factors. At the same time, they are supposed to reduce the management chain andunnecessary loss of cost and efficiency in the process of agricultural products-planting, keep theinformation open, and perfect the institution of cost control which can help to achieve maximumbenefit in management of state-owned farm.This thesis will first analyze the theory and current status of state-owned farm plantingproduct and explore its problem, in order to establish a complete set of cost control mechanismsfrom agricultural activity decision to production and sales, which aims at provide the theoreticalbasis for the improvement of the related system of state-owned farm cost control as well as thecost decision.
