A Study On The Effectiveness Of Compliance Risk Management In China 's Commercial Banks

On the basis of existing research and compliance risk management practice of commercial banks, this paper makes a systematical research on the effectiveness of compliance risk management, it also makes a comprehensive analysis on the target achieving effect of China’s commercial bank compliance risk management using qualitative and quantitative methods, finally this paper gives several improvement suggestions on compliance risk management method.This paper starts with systematical research on the relevant theories of commercial bank compliance risk management, including the introduction of the transaction costs theory and the Pareto optimality theory, it also gives the research conclusions on the mode of commercial bank compliance risk management. To investigate the target achieving effect of commercial bank compliance risk management, this paper uses both the comparative analysis and the cost-benefit analysis, and gives several suggestions on base of it.
