In the situation that water resources facing serious pollution, regional water services coming into the industry focus, and increasing demand in the water service market, Inner Mongolia Water Resources Co. Ltd. is in urgent need to evaluate itself of its strengths and weaknesses, develop a clear enterprise orientation, and make strategic business plans. In this paper, I will conduct a systematical analysis of the internal and external environment as well as the SWOT analysis. As the result, the corporation should strategically develop and diversify in the related field by expanding business regions and extending the industrial chain. To realize the overall goal of becoming an economical and water-recycling corporation in the Inner Mongolia main market, the corporation should also aim at the service chain of "water supply-wastewater treatment-water reuse" in the industrial park, and the technology development on water treatment. In addition, the corporation requires an optimized corporate governing structure, an inviting corporate culture, an incenting reward mechanism, an aggressive management team and standing financial capacity. |
