Research On Trade Friction Of Sino - US High - Tech Products

The high-tech industry which is based on high and new technology is an enterprise to specialize in high and new technology and product research, development, production and technical services. It is knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterprise. The high-tech industry is popular in the world in recent decades. At the same time, many countries have realized the importance of the development, so they all develop the high-tech industry. The high-tech industry started in the1950s in China, and it is late compared with western developed countries. It is not very mature because of the limitation of the objective factors such as economy and technology. Our country is investing a lot of effort to develop this industry, it has made remarkable achievements in recent years. Setting up high-tech development zone and the high-tech innovation service center were listed in the torch plan which started in August of1988. The government of China had approved114high and new technology industrial development zones throughout the country from August1988to February2014.With the development of high-tech industries, the high-tech products were sold all over the world. The high-tech products trade frictions have gradually become a serious issue. China and the United States as the main trading partners of each other, they have a large volume of trade the high-tech products also has a large sales volume. The trade and trade friction are unceasingly. The high-tech products trade friction occurred frequently has affected the products trade and other areas of trade. I introduce the status of the high-tech products trade friction first by list a series of friction case in this paper, and summarize the characteristics of the current trade friction. And then analyses the high-tech products trade friction influence on China and the United States, which not only destroyed the normal trade relations between the two countries, also make the enterprise welfare are subject to loss in China and the United States. Then further analyzes the high-tech products trade friction reasons which including the prevalence of trade protection and the malicious restricting China’s development. And the enterprise and the government have responsibilities. Finally based on the current conditions of China, I put forward some specific measures which we should actively adapt to the WTO trade rules and establish perfect trade friction settlement mechanism at the same time. The most important is that the enterprises should product high-tech products according to international standard strictly. The main point in this paper is that Chinese low-end level of the high-tech industry structure lead China’s exports at the low end of the global value chain. Chinese market depends on the US market much more than US market depends on Chinese market. The Backward technology incomplete control system and the trade friction factors also has led to the trade friction constantly and made China in a passive position. The innovation of this article is that it analyzes the reasons of high-tech products trade friction and the positive influence and negative influence by objectively cases and data, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
