The Current Situation And Breakthrough Of Chinese Professional Equipment Company

Along with the development, the industry of occupational dress in China becomes mature and gradually forms its own industrial chain. Still, it faces several problems, such as not strong enough and not having world-known brand. So, how to get the industry develop healthier and sustainably and how to make the occupational dress companies bigger and stronger comes to be an essential task and an important research topic.Based on theories of strategic management, this paper first uses PEST and industry life cycle theory to analyze the external environment and stage of the industry, also it analyze the financial conditions of the listed companies which manufacture occupational dress. After doing this, the paper focuses on the status and trends of whole industry.Then it tries to analyze LiRen Group, which is a representative company, by using Porter five-forces and SWOT. Some quantitative analysis is done when studying the internal and external factors, which indicates that LiRen Group should take expansion strategy. This paper suggests several effective method in view of competitive strategy and marketing strategy. Finally, On the basis of the discussion of industry and company, this paper gives several suggestions on both industry and companies.This paper introduces theories and models of modern management, which is the first time in analyzing occupational dress industry. Also the author tries to find out and rank the important factors which influence the company operation. At last, the paper points out that the firm owner should be more visionary and ambitious, that’s the key point to manage the company. The conclusions in this paper, which is based on the author’s experience and thinking, have both theoretical and practice meanings for the development of Chinese occupational dress.
