RV (i.e. Recreational Vehicle) tourism is the new concept of tourism in China. Although the introduction of the domestic has been for many years, but the RV travels for most of the urban residents, is still a novelty. With the rise of the upper classes and middle classes, tourism consumption proportion is more and more. With the development of self-drive tourism market continues to mature, Tourist camp facilities have been gradually established and perfected. With the transformation of residents’ tourism consumption idea and innovation, RV tourism has meteoric rise from the traditional tourism industry, and it has become a new economic growth point in Tourism.This article firstly introduces the development situation of foreign RV industry, and then describes the current situation of the development of China’s RV industry. Then focuses on the microlevel RV project of the Weapon Industry Kunming Sanatorium (referred to as the "WIKS") to start study, and analyzes the development state and problem of WIKS’s RV Project, using the SWOT analysis method, from four different angles:Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat, to carry out the real RV business is analyzed, and to put forward specific measures and Suggestions.This article also provides strategic suggestions and operating cases on how to accelerate RV Tourism development, especially on enhancing third-party cooperation to integrate resources, property RV sales, RV mobile station and RV tourism’s connection to Holiday Economy.This article is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part, introduced the paper selected topic background, writing purpose and significance; and discusses the basic structure, the main research methods and thesis of the innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is a general introduction to RV Tourism development at home and abroad, including introductions to main RV companies and RV development in recent thirty years.The third chapter is analysis of KWIS’s RV Project, using SWOT method.The fourth chapter is based on the results of SWOT analysis. We give to multi-level development strategy of WIKS’s RV Project. To implement RV project, including the customer level, the operational level, talent level, the brand level, marketing level, information level.Fifth, chapter six is the instance analysis and conclusion of the paper.
