With the development of global integration, the financial regulatory barriers gradually disintegrated, the vast emerging market compete on the international financial capital, intensifying competition between the banking sectors. Facing the intense market competition, Banks have to face how to promote its competition ability and get their own survival and development two big issues. Facing two big problems, the Banks have enabled CRM system to attract more customers, improve their industry competitiveness and promote the rapid development of the business.Based on analyzing the present situation and problems of Kunming branch of china MINSHENG banking cor. Ltd. Wealth customers’management, using the method of goal-directed project planning (OOPP) systematic and comprehensive research, it is concluded that the four main aspects, respectively:optimizing the internal organization, improve information system performance, and optimize business processes and improve customer relationship management. By the expert scoring method, comprehensive consideration in seven aspects, finally come to Kunming branch of china MINSHENG banking cor. Ltd. is now the biggest impact of the ascension information system performance, the smallest is to optimize internal organization, secondly, improving customer relationship management to recognize and optimize business processes.According to the four aspects, this paper also puts forward the corresponding solution comment.
