| Since china reform and opening up from more than30years, Guizhou economy has made remarkable achievements, especially in recent years, Guizhou Province GDP, the level of foreign trade, foreign direct investment, the use of significant growth, the highest in the country. Guizhou Province, a major reform and opening up has experienced four stages:the first stage, from1985to1991, the opening of Guizhou Province in its infancy, foreign trade and foreign investment infancy; second phase, from1992to1995, Guizhou Province is opening up massive growth phase; third phase, from1996to2001, the opening of Guizhou Province in an adjustment phase; fourth stage, from2002to the present, Guizhou Province opened in a steady growth phase. Currently, Guizhou Province, located in the provinces of western development is important in leading national policy support, the level of reform and opening up, Guizhou Province continues to improve, and gradually expand the scale of foreign trade, foreign direct investment in the use of the quantity and quality gradually improved.However, the geographical environment of Guizhou Province, historical and social environments combination of factors together determine the relative levels of the national economy in Guizhou Province at a low level. Although in recent years, strong economic growth in Guizhou Province, but we must clearly understand the actual situation of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Province, the scale of foreign trade currently accounts for a small proportion of trade, utilization of foreign capital are also serious structural imbalances, reform and opening-up policy also there are some limitations. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies on the analysis of the reform and opening up, Guizhou Province in accordance with the impact of economic growth " theory Empirical Analysis-Policy Recommendations " scientific method of empirical sequence analysis.
