Abstract/Summary:
Since1992, the AIA Company of United States introduced the individual agentsselling model in China’s insurance market for the first time.Individual agents hasexperienced several decades of development in our country.The rapid expansion o thescale, significantly increasing. Made large contributions in the premiums, publicity ofinsurance. According to the actual situation of China’s insurance industry, it is toimprove the quality of individual agents and insurance professional ethics proposalsand measures from several aspects commission system, access mechanism, individualagents management, supervision.Main structure of the paper, the text id divided into six chapters;Chapter1: introduction. Mainly analyzes the background and significance,literature review and abroad, the relevant theoretical basis, content and methods.Chapter2: Status of individual agents and the reasons professional image.Thischapter focuses on the sale of misleading sales nuisance, insurance services and lowlevel of short-term behavior analysis, the major issues affecting the professionalimage of the individual agents. Chapter3: Quality problems of individual agents.This chapter focuses on thecommission system, access mechanism, training systems, regulators, consumerawareness of insurance were analyzed to explore the impact of individual agentsqualities of the main reasons.Chapter4: Analyze the impact on the quality of individual agents professionalimage.
