In this paper, from a practical standpoint, linking theory with practice, the multiple operations and capital operation of the YN energy group were studied based on its strategic objectives. Supporting mode was put forward by using capital operation to promote diversified business of the group, which could provide strong financial support for building "five-type group" of the safeguard, industry leading, integrated platform, innovation-driven, quality & benefit, finally to realize the goal of enterprise value maximization.
