Along with the popularization of network, online recruitment and employment have become the mainstream of recruitment and applying for a job, which is one of the keys of the success of online recruitment. While online advertisement becomes the intersection of network recruitment and job wanted. Firstly, on the basis of previous studies, this study used questionnaire to investigate the characteristics of job seekers’ content requirement and satisfaction of online advertisement text information; Then, we used information board technology(Mouselab WEB) to set the network advertisement text information clue and track job-seekers’ decision process when they are in the face of the different degree of fuzzy information board. In this part, we analyzed the characteristics of the candidate’s information processing, and compared the influence of text-information characteristics on job seekers’ decision-making process; Finally, we further explored that how the different network advertisement text information feature affect the job decisions. The results showed that:(1)The top five information which job seekers pay close attention to is salary and welfare, company introduction, promotion information, job description and job requirements.(2)Job seekers’ attitude to the current online advertisement text information is not optimistic. The overall satisfaction is divided into 3.05, which is in the medium level. They hope to get more detailed information.(3) In the professional information board decision task, subjects’ average clicks of five information clue exist significant difference at the 0.001 level(F = 19.61, p < 0.001), which is the same to the first research. Comparing the average residence time, we found that the same significant difference at 0.001 level(F = 19.61, p < 0.001).(4) when the ambiguity is difference, the participants in average clicks of salary and welfare(p < 0.01), corporate development(p < 0.05) and promotion of information(p < 0.01) exist significant differences, and the average residence time of the job description(p < 0.05)and job requirements(p < 0.001) exist significant differences; and the scores highest in the fuzzy degree of 2, which show that subjects tend to try to get more advertising information to help their decision making when they faced with a more clues to fuzzy information.(5)Decision time, search mode and perception of task difficulty exist significant differences under different ambiguity search depth. In the fuzzy degree of 1, subjects’ perception of task difficulty, the search depth and decision time were the highest. What’s more, search mode is more close to 0, which show that they process the information based on the same frequency clues and option. But in all ambiguity search pattern, the mean value is negative. So in general, people tend to be based on the options for information processing.(6)The organization characteristics of perception, organizational attractiveness and application tendency are significant differences on the level of 0.001, 0.05 and 0.01 respectively in different information characteristics, and the score is higher when they face to the detailed information.(7) Material features can well explain the variation of organization characteristic awareness, organizational attractiveness and application tendency which are statistically significant; Organization feature perception, attractive characteristics and application play a mediating role between materials and application tendency.(8) In the stimulus of fuzzy information, application tendency are influenced significantly by the organization awareness, organizational attractiveness and individual-tissue matching, and applications tend to be more affected by the organization characteristic awareness and attractiveness in specific information stimulus.
